Moira Milano, a brand of “Sambhavi Nexus Co” As an Indian feminine-impersonating clothing brand inspired by the fashion capital of Milan, we are committed to offering an exceptional shopping experience. Our Cancellation Policy ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and quality of our products. Please read the following carefully to understand our cancellation terms

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Moira Milano accepts cancellations on most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

      • Timeframe

        Customer is only allowed to cancel the purchase or Moira Milano will only accept cancellation only within 6 hrs of purchase.

      • Refund Upon Cancellation:

        Refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 days from the date of cancellation of purchased product. 

2. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation within 6 hrs of purchase:

A. Submit a Purchase cancel Request:

      • Open Moira Milano website, login to the account and look for “Your Orders” under account section.
        Submit a cancellation request with a valid reason and follow the guided steps.

      • Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at support@moiramilano.com to request a return.  

3. Deductions upon purchase cancellation

The following reasons may cost you some deductions:

      • Deduction of Courier Charges

        If by any chance, your purchased product is already shipped or in transit. Appropriate courier charges will be deducted for the total refund amount.

      • Deduction of Packaging Charges

        If any packaging cost involved in product packing or if asked for gift wrapping, appropriate charges will be deducted from total refund amount.

      • Taxes & Payment Gateway Charges

        If any type of non-refundable tax is involved along with the purchase or any non-refundable payment gateway charge is involved, that will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

    • Check your bank account or payment provider:

      Some banks and payment gateways take longer to process refunds.

    • Contact Your Bank:

      Processing time may vary between financial institutions. We
      recommend checking with your bank for any pending refunds.
